THE VISION
Isaiah 6:8: “Then I heard the Lord asking,
"Whom should I send as a messenger to my people? Who will go for us?" And I
said, "Lord, I'll go! Send me."
After a divine inspiration
through the Holy Spirit, the Apostolic & Prophetic ministry of International
Christian Contacts Ministries were established. Two years ago ‘The Deborah
Prayer Company’, a ministry to break bondages on women and mobilize them to have
a positive impact on today’s society, was established as part of the network of
I.C.C. MINISTRIES.
The Lord Jesus Christ really
gave me a heart for those women who are abused, rejected, and abandoned. God
wants to use anybody who has a willing heart towards Him. Look at Deborah and
Esther they both had a relationship with the Lord in a very ‘relaxed’ way rather
than in a religious manner.
God is so good and faithful.
I really do admire two women of the Bible, Deborah and Esther, as they were
completely relying upon the Lord. In my life I really do have a compassion for
women as they are so often rejected by the ‘religious system’. However, we do
forget that it was the women in the Bible who were taking care of the Prophets
and our Lord Jesus Christ and not the men. (Luke 8:1-3). Even think of women
like Leah, Rahab, and Ruth who were rejected by the people but not by God.
We are ambassadors for Jesus
Christ! (2 Cor. 5:20). It is my passion to bring the beauty of a woman from the
inside out. True beauty comes from the inside out (Mat. 6:22).My role in the
lives of the women is to raise them up as a Proverbs 31 woman so that they can
do exploits for God in the marketplace. Proverbs 31:10 says: “An excellent wife,
who can find? For her worth is far above jewels.” Queen Esther was a beautiful
woman who experienced much favour of God in her life. She respected authority
and walked in power and excellence.
The Lord started to work in
my heart to initiate an army of mighty women who know their authority, place,
position, and commissioning in and by God, and are zealous to put their
gifting, skills, and talents to use for the furtherance of His Kingdom.
Deborah was a woman of
vision! She always put God in the first place. God had chosen her for His
purposes because she was a woman of valour and balance. Deborah was married to
Lappidoth. She glorified God in and through everything. (Judges 4:9) Deborah
said to Barak “You will receive no honour, for the victory over Sisera will be
at the hands of a woman!” She was a warrior without fear. God is raising up an
army of mighty warriors, an army of mighty women to prepare the second coming of
Christ. There is a remnant (2 Kings 19:31) among the women in the church who
have a passion for God. Deborah made a huge impact on me, especially since she
never gave up in the midst of her severe circumstances, but rather praised the
Lord and gave Him all glory and honour due. She never took credit for anything
herself.
It is my passion to mobilize and
activate women, to see them set free so that they can make a positive impact on
today’s society. Too many women are kept in bondage. God loves to use women as
well as men. I totally believe in and support ‘team ministry’. Gen. 2:18 says;
“I will make her as a help mate for him.” Under the guidance of the Lord and the
Holy Spirit it is my desire to raise up a company of women, The Deborah Prayer
Company, for His glory and purpose. There is an anointing upon the women of the
Deborah Prayer company that breaks strongholds in the lives of many people and
to let them have hope again. Women need to know that they are anointed and
worthy to minister the word of God. I would like to encourage the women not to
lose faith and heart when the storms and challenges of life come their way. God
will always be there to rescue. He will never allow anything to come in your
path that you cannot handle or for which He didn’t already provide the solution.
1 Cor. 10:13 says; “No temptation has overtaken you.” God is faithful. He says
our victory is in Jesus Christ alone and everything will work together for the
better (Rom. 8:28). |
